Laura Perez
Laura Perez is a seasoned wellness practitioner and facilitator with Thrive Management Group, specializing in mindfulness-based practices, Somatic healing, and integrative approaches that support nervous system regulation and emotional well-being. Her work focuses on creating accessible, trauma-informed spaces that promote stress reduction, self-awareness, and sustainable mental wellness.

Magda Reyes
Magda Reyes is a 30+ years transformational educator and wellness facilitator known for her work in guided self-development, energy-based practices, and integrative healing modalities. Through her work with Thrive Management Group and GypsyLuv Wellness, she supports individuals and groups in cultivating emotional resilience, balance, and personal growth through structured, holistic approaches.
This closing experience is led by Laura Perez and Magda Reyes, wellness practitioners and facilitators with Thrive Management Group. Together, they bring an integrative approach that blends mindfulness, somatic sound-based practices, and energy-focused relaxation techniques.
